All applications will be reviewed
by the Oro Valley Parade Committee for appropriateness of theme,
and
compliance with the parade rules as stated in this brochure.
The
committee reserves the right to reject any application due to safety
factors or non-compliance with the parade rules.
The parade entrant, sponsoring organization, and
entry participants agree to waive liability and hold harmless the
Oro
Valley Parade Committee,Town of Oro Valley,
representatives and agents thereof,
for any damage or injury,including death to participants and/or animals,
and/or
damage to any float, motorized vehicle, or equipment.
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that the
rules, as described in this brochure,
have been reviewed and understood
by each person involved with this entry, and that the liability waiver
is acceptable.
