Parade Rules of Participation:
Follow the directions of the parade monitors and public
safety personnel at all times.
Unauthorized solicitation of any kind is prohibited.
Entries must be appropriate for audiences of ALL ages.
Individual children (up to age 18) involved in the parade must be accompanied
and supervised by an adult at all times.
All participants should have liability insurance.
Pet entries must be controlled on a leash or secured properly on a float or
vehicle at all times.
Current Pet License and Rabies Vaccination Certificate is required.
No one under the age of 25 years may operate a motorized vehicle at staging
and during the parade.
Use of alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, firearms, or other hazardous
items is strictly prohibited, as is any reference, inference, or
promotion of the use of alcohol, tobacco, drugs or other hazardous items.
Organizations are encouraged to wear school, club, organization, or
business logo clothing during the parade.
No political messages.
No candy throwing!! Candy may be handed out by walking parade entries
only.
No
throwing or tossing of any objects .
You are responsible for cleaning up after your group at the staging
area.
NO SANTA SUITS! (Santa is our finale)
Adult sponsors must accompany youth/school clubs, choirs, performing
groups/bands/floats.
Helmets MUST be worn by all motorcyclists and bicyclists.
Proof of vehicle insurance and valid Arizona Drivers License (if applicable).
